Our dump bin displays are made from Grey Chipboard (300-500gsm) or Corrugated Cardboard (E/CT/B flute). The material thickness depends on the size and weight capacity required. All materials are 100% recyclable and FSC-compliant options are available.

Standard dump bins can hold 20-50kg depending on size and material thickness. For heavy products like beverages or canned goods, we recommend reinforced heavy-duty versions with additional structural support. Contact us to specify your product weight for optimal design.

We offer both options: Knock-Down (KD) for flat shipping and self-assembly, and Pre-Assembled for immediate use. Knock-down is most cost-effective, reducing shipping costs by up to 70%. Assembly instructions are included with every KD unit.
