Yes. We offer custom shape samples (3-7 days production) at cost plus shipping. For complex shapes, a flat dieline proof is provided for approval before sample production. Bulk orders qualify for sample cost refund.

Pricing depends on: (1) die-cut tooling complexity, (2) material thickness combination, (3) finishing options, and (4) order quantity. Simple shapes like hexagons cost minimally more than rectangular. Highly intricate shapes require custom tooling investment amortized over order volume.
