- Custom Printed Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed magnetic boxes, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
- Manufacturing Defects: If your products arrive with defects, errors in printing, or incorrect specifications, we will replace them at no cost or issue a full refund upon receipt of photo documentation.
- Quality Disputes: If you believe the quality does not match the approved sample or our product specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos/videos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.
- Replacement or Refund: For confirmed quality issues, we offer free replacement production or a pro-rated refund based on the extent of the defect.
- Sample Fees: Custom pre-production samples ($80-200) are refundable upon bulk order confirmation. Plain samples (shipping-only) are non-refundable.
- Not Covered: Returns are not accepted for cases where the customer supplied incorrect artwork, color choices, or specifications that differed from the approved proof.
