Production & Lead Time

How long does production take?

Standard production time is 15-20 working days after approve the samples and artwork.

For urgent orders, we offer rush production: 7-10 days (with additional rush fee).

What is the quote turnaround time?

We pride ourselves on fast responses. You'll receive a detailed quote within 2 hours during working hours (9:00-18:00 CST, Monday-Friday).

Outside business hours, we will respond within 2 hours next working day.

Can I get my order faster?

Yes! We offer rush production services for time-sensitive orders. Rush orders typically ship in 7-10 days instead of the standard 15-20 working days. Contact us to discuss your timeline and any potential rush fees.

Do you have stock products?

We specialize in custom packaging solutions, so all our products are made to order. However, we do keep some standard sizes in stock for quick samples. Contact us to check current availability.

Samples

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes! We highly recommend ordering samples before placing a large order. Samples help you verify quality, size, and printing accuracy.

How much do samples cost?

Sample costs vary based on product type:

  • Standard samples: $50-150 (refundable with bulk order)
  • Custom printed samples: $50-150 (refundable with bulk order)
  • Digital proof: Free

Sample costs are fully refundable when you place a bulk order of 500 pcs or more.

How long do samples take to arrive?

Sample production takes 3-5 days. Shipping time depends on your location:

  • Asia: 3-7 days
  • Europe: 7-14 days
  • North America: 7-14 days
  • Australia: 10-14 days

We use DHL/FedEx for fast sample delivery.

Do you offer digital proofs?

Our products are well-packaged for shipping, but in the rare event of damage, we'll work quickly to resolve it - replacement, refund, or credit.
